How to prevent this water from collecting on my driveway

My driveway along with a lot of the neighbors on my street all have this issue during heavy rains where the water just pools at the bottom of our driveways. All the driveways in this neighborhood are sloped the same way. Would a french drain on one side of the driveway with a 15-20ft run underground fix this issue? Or is there an alternative? Also those trees are coming out on the other side of the driveway if I do install the drain.
